Project Engineer

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to design, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Works closely with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth project execution. Also assists in preparing reports, tracking project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Engineering or related field
  • 2–3 years construction experience preferred
  • Knowledge of construction drawings and site work
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiar with project scheduling and site safety

Site Supervisor

Responsible for supervising daily construction activities on site to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Coordinates with subcontractors, workers, consultants, and project team members to ensure smooth site operations, productivity, and compliance with safety requirements. Monitors workmanship, site progress, material usage, and housekeeping to support successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field
  • 2–5 years of construction site experience preferred
  • Knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
  • Ability to supervise subcontractors and site workers
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiar with quality, safety, and site inspection requirements
  • Able to prepare site reports and monitor progress

Contract Executive

Responsible for supporting contract administration, cost control, procurement, and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle. Assists in preparing and evaluating subcontract packages, progress claims, variation orders (VO), final accounts, and project cost reports. Works closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contractual compliance and effective project cost management.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in contract administration or quantity surveying
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control
  • Familiar with progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final account preparation
  • Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and contract documentation
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Contract Executive

Responsible in implementing and maintaining safety, health, and environmental standards at construction sites. To support the Safety & Health Officer (SHO) in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, Company safety policies, and client requirements.
The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring workers’ compliance with safety procedures, organizing toolbox meetings, investigating unsafe acts and conditions, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout the project.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Yellow Book / Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification recognized by DOSH
  • Minimum 2 years of construction site safety experience preferred
  • Experience in high-rise and building construction projects is an advantage
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements, HIRARC, PTW, and construction safety practices
  • Able to conduct toolbox meetings and safety awareness training
  • Familiar with safety inspections, reporting, and documentation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and site personnel
  • Responsible, firm, and able to enforce safety requirements effectively
